* If your towing needs run in the 7,000-10,000 pound range, a compact pickup isn't going to cut it; the full-size 2013 GMC Sierra, on the other hand, will. Models range from a basic Work Truck to the frugal 23-mpg Sierra Hybrid to the luxurious Denali. Source: KBB.com

We purchased this for use in snow country. It has served us extremely well. The cab space as well as the bed offer great space. We use the optional storage rails for flexible tied down of cargo. Interior features make this an excellent highway cruiser and you've got to have the heated seats which heat up quickly (a comfortable creature feature). The 5.3 V8 provides plenty of performance, easily pulls to 100 mph. We have the towing/trailer package and we pull a trailer with ease in the mountains. The truck is easy on tires too. We still have the original tires and they have at least 5-8,000 miles left on them. A very nice vehicle, more than just a truck.

Predictable poor fuel economy but absolutely great truck. I have had zero repairs. Fit 33" BF Goodrich KO2 tires on stock wheels without a lift, also added Bilstein shocks to make it a true Z71. I do run the tires @65psi when empty for some comfort. I just checked the trade in value and the truck has only depreciated 20% in 6 years, not bad at all.
